These Terms of Use (ToU) govern the use of the MediScan mobile application, published by Cenovis LLC, an American company based in Sheridan, WY.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Using MediScan implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the application.

3. Service Description

MediScan is a mobile application that allows you to:

• Scan and identify medications
• Obtain information about medications
• Detect drug interactions
• Manage a medication history

4. Service Access

Access to MediScan requires:

• A compatible smartphone (Android or iOS)
• An Internet connection
• Creating a user account

5. User Account

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• Not share your credentials
• Immediately report any unauthorized use

6. Use of Service

Authorized use:

• Personal and family use only
• Compliance with applicable laws
• Use in accordance with the application's purpose

Prohibited use:

• Commercial use without authorization
• Attempts to hack or modify
• Sharing illegal content
• Abusive use of services

7. Intellectual Property

All elements of MediScan (design, logo, code, content) are the exclusive property of Cenovis LLC and are protected by copyright and international treaties.

8. Liability

Cenovis LLC cannot be held responsible for:

• Medical decisions made based on the application
• Identification errors (AI is not infallible)
• Service interruptions
• Non-compliant use of the application

9. Service Modifications

Cenovis LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the application settings. Cenovis LLC may terminate your access in case of violation of these Terms of Use.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Sheridan, Wyoming.
